Wow.. I took quite a break! It is so hard to get back into the swing of things after a long hiatus.
I cannot believe that July is around the corner. Our state is going to open more up. I hope folks will be happier. Right now everyone is anxious to see how school is going to start up in a couple of months.
I not only took a break from blogging, but also my digital planning and crafting which are all of my hobbies. My son asked me to make a birthday gift for one of his friends. It’s a simple job. It’s just a cut and place project. It might take 15 minutes. There are some unfinished tumblers sitting in the craft room. I just need more motivation.
Last week I took a big leap and took a road trip by myself to visit my parents in Missouri. The social distancing recommendations are much more relaxed there. I ate 2 meals inside in a restaurant for the first time since March 13th. I survived this much needed mini vacation. It was nice to get out of the house. I’m ready to venture out more. My husband and I are talking about making a day trip to Iowa this weekend.
